Forsome of us, completing the Quran is a challenge that we are ready to meet. For others, just reading the Quran daily and really connecting with it is the goal. At the start of the month I asked a few friends on how they manage to keep the Quran a daily and consistent part of their lives while managing their other roles and responsibilities

ShaykhMahmoud Khalil al-Hussary (1917-1980 CE) was one of the leading reciter amongst Cairo's finest. He excelled in the 10 types of recitation. He was born in Shubra Namlat town in Gharbiyah governate. His father sent him to a kuttab at the young age of 4 and he memorised the whole Quran when he reached 8.

ReviseJuz by Juz. Revising the Quran by Juz is a common method of revising the Quran. Many people adhere to the tradition of revising three Juz per day.
