Berikut ini adalah menu terbaik dari Lai Ching Appetizer Sebagai makanan pembuka, disajikan Braised Lobster Meat, Golden Brown Stock yaitu sup kental dengan kaldu dan dimasak bersama daging lobster hingga berwarna coklat keemasan. Rasa kuah kaldunya ini sangat kental dan gurih, sehingga layak untuk dihabiskan setelah daging lobster tersebut anda makan. Dim Sum Main Course Steamed Dimsum Penyajian Steamed Dimsum ini menggunakan Chinese Bamboo Stamer, sehingga dimsum hangat lebih lama, dibandingkan jika menggunakan piring. Untuk Steamed Dimsum ada 3 jenis yaitu Steamed Scallop Dumpling yaitu daging kerang yang telah dibungkus dengan kulit pangsit. Chicken Siomay Crab aslinya di Guangdong,Tiongkok makanan ini mengandung daging Babi, tapi karena Lai Ching berkonsep makanan halal yang bisa dimakan semua kalangan, jadi dagingnya diganti dengan daging ayam dan kepiting. Green Chives Dumpling, yaitu Udang yang dicampur dengan bawang putih dan daun bawang. Dimsum ini, lapisan kulit pangsitnya dibuat dengan campuran sari Daun Sawi sehingga kulit pangsitnya berwarna kehijauan. Baked Dimsum Wotie yaitu daging ayam yang dibungkus kulit pangsit dan dimasak menggunakan sangat sedikit minyak yang fungsinya hanya melumasi Wotie tersebut. Di Jepang, Wotie ini mirip dengan Gyoza, hanya biasanya Gyoza menggunakan daging Babi sebagai isinya. Crispy Fried Dimsum Taro puffs, Chicken and Black Pepper Sauce yaitu Talas dan daging ayam dicampur Black Pepper Sauce, sehingga rasanya agak sedikit spicy. Makanlah selagi hangat, karena anda akan merasakan Black Pepper Sauce tersebut melt di lidah anda. Mushroom, Onion and Crabmeat Puff yaitu sejenis pangsit goreng yang dibuat menyerupai bentuk segitiga yang didalamnya terdapat campuran bawang dan daging kepiting. Kemudian Dimsum ini digoreng sampai kering, agar kulit pangsitnya lebih crispy. Untuk Menu Poultry atau daging unggas ayam, Lai Chingmerokomendasikan Crispy Chicken Turmeric Curry Leaf yaitu daging ayam tanpa tulang yang dipotong seukuran ibu jari, kemudian dibumbui dengan kunyit dan curry leaves sejenis daun salam yang digoreng kering.
